lines and hoses, calipers and wheel cylinders, and the master
cylinder
• Flush out old fluid with new
• Road test for proper operation

• Test A/C output, and
engine coolant
• Inspect drive belts, and cooling fan
• Vacuum test system for leaks
• Refill with freon and oil
• Add dye for leak detection
• Operate system to pressure test
• Test temperature output

Fuel Injection

Every 30,000 miles

• Clean throttle body
bore and plates
• Inspect and clean air flow sensor
• Clean idle control valve and passage
• Fuel pressure and volume test
• Operate vehicle on cleaning solution to clean: fuel rails,
fuel injectors, intake passages, combustion chamber, engine valves

Automatic Transmission

• Road test for operation
• Flush old fluid out with new
• Additive/Conditioner used as required
• Road test when done

• Replace external filter
• Remove oil pan replace to clean out

• Drain and replace coolant
